Feb. 8, 2022 — Talentcrowd is formed in Wyoming
One month after the seizure and the downloads, Talentcrowd, LLC was registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State — a state chosen, the complaint states, for owner anonymity. The public filing names only a registered agent, not the members.
